Blue Coyote Grill Description
Dining al fresco is the name of the game in Palm Springs, and the beautiful, festive garden at Blue Coyote makes eating outdoors even more enjoyable. Ask for a table along the street for great people-watching or dine indoors for a quieter meal. The traditional Mexican and Southwest fare is outstanding.
Planning Notes
- Pace yourselves. The chips and salsa are irresistable for kids and grown-ups alike.
- Near the Village Fest. Parking near the restaurant can be difficult on Thursday nights, when Palm Canyon Drive is closed to car traffic a few blocks away. The restaurant is a great place to dine before or after strolling through the street fair, however.
