What we loved:
My daugther was happy and it had potential

What we didn't love:
The menu had no prices. Macaroni and cheese was 20 dollars. Food was cold

We went to Ariels Grotto for the princess dinner. Our date was 11-12-09 at 4:40. My daughter got a picture with Ariel and was thrilled. Though Ariel did not roam about and was not the perfect hostess. The meal was very expensive. Served cold and rushed. Princesses did come down for about 2 minutes per child and then disappeared. We were told we were the last group of the night so they had left. The total for 1 child, 2 adults was 110 dollars for cold less than adequate food, that was rush to order rush to your table, rush to eat and oh buy the way while you are eating navigating an excited kid who is too excited for the 20 dollar mac and cheese please decide if you would like to purchase the 30 dollar picture set of Ariel and your charming daughter. At this point- I would not go back. We did this on a Thursday to avoid huge crowds. I cant imagine the chaos of a Friday. If I hear that the pace slows down no rushing for a minute with Ariel, rush to get your order ieven though you have not looked at the menu, rush to eat cold food so they can set up for the next showI.. If I hear the rushing stops and it slows down to a comfortable dinning experience I would be happy to go again and ask the price on the menu since no prices are listed. I can get bad food, bad service elsewhere for under 30 dollars. A savings of 80.
