Downtown Disney Area Description
Since Disney is an entire world unto itself, it's fitting that it should have its own downtown complete with boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife. It's liveliest with kids when the big parade comes through, but grown-ups can take a break from theme-park fare and head to eateries like the House of Blues (you can see concerts there, too). Sports fans will have a tough time tearing themselves away from the games and screens at ESPN Zone, and kids will have a tough time choosing between the hordes of souvenirs at the World of Disney® Store.
