Mangos Cafe Description
Mangos is not as well known as some other restaurants, but it will be when parents spread the word about the family-friendly atmosphere, complete with fountain-splashed outdoor patio and a fun play area close enough to keep an eye on the kids while your food cooks. Wood-fired pizzas are a specialty.
Planning Notes
- Delicious and convenient. The restaurant is part of an enormous new development, close to the airport, and just ten minutes from Cable Beach (where some of the larger hotels are located).
- Early closing. It's only open until 8 p.m., so it's not the place to head for if you're eating late after a long day on the beach.
- Dessert delights. Just across the walkway, the more upscale Villagio's has amazing desserts like apple and mango crumble, creme brulee, and a homemade lemon tart with fresh berry topping that will have you begging for the recipe.
