Favorite Vacation Moment

Yellowstone Park, WY

I must be psychic

by dianastrand March 15, 2008

And along came Bob

It was the summer of 2003 and we were on an RV vacation with our friends to Yellowstone. We were taking a day trip in our friendâ¬"s motor home to northern Yellowstone when we saw a sign that said one lane road ahead, and then the traffic stopped. Our friend Cliff was driving and said it must be road construction and I said (tongue in cheek) no the other lane is probably for the buffalo.
Being a nice morning we got out to stretch our legs (had our cameras with us of course). About 2 minutes after we got our down the other lane leading a line of cars came the most beautiful buffalo I had ever seen. We decide his name must be Bob the Buffalo. He strutted past us and never gave us a second look. He looked like he was truly enjoying making us all wait for him. We got a very memorable vacation moment and great pictures of Bob
