While spending a few April days in Memphis we went to two sport events just two blocks from each other in downtown Memphis. Along with the venues Disney recommends, we attended an NBA game at FedEx Forum (Memphis Grizzlies) and earlier attended a Memphis Redbirds AAA baseball game (3:00 pm matinee). Memphis is not often thought of as a Pro sports town, however these venues were outstanding and the BBQ nachos at the Redbirds game were unique to Memphis and unbelievable! Also, The Rendevous (famous BBQ) is about 20 steps form the entry to the baseball stadium ;in an alley! That was great! Todd
