This place is near the beach in the city of PONCE.The place is call "La Guancha"
is an interesting place you could see in the water one in a kind big fish like in a acuarium ,lots.Funny its not consumable.Birds that come an eat sardines in your hand with out stopping
just passing over your hand.The pelicans stand still in the wooden sidewalk and you think their are so peasefull but dont try to take a picture near them they will keep one of your body part for it
