Sittin' with Goofy

My favorite moment was when my mom, grandmother, and I were in Epcot's Mexican restaurant for my 16th birthday party. The dark but beautiful lighting and excellent food...all of a sudden all of the waiters come out and start singing happy birthday. It was so embarrassing then but looking back it was one of the best nites there. That was when my mother passed down the family heirloom ring that my grandmother had given to her. Moments now if I'm eating mexican food I think of disney and that moment....its what keeps me coming back too many times to count.

Last year I had some medical problems and had to have brain surgery. To celebrate my new found health my mom and I are going back down for XMAS 2008.
