Favorite Vacation Moment

We went to Kings Island In August of 2007. It was a birthday present to me from my mom and dad. My mom, dad, sister, husband, myself and 3 year old son all went on a weekend. We spent one day at the amusement park, which I thought would make my son be just crabby, was I ever so wrong. On our way to the park I could see the tower for King's Island, I pointed out the window and said "Look Zach there is King's Island." He gasped loudly and shrieked " Look mommy Ting's Island (he cannot pronouce the "k")". He was trying to unbuckle his carseat, and I kept saying, "we are no there yet, you have to wait." When I told him it was time to get out, man he was just ready to go, he was walking so fast that I could not keep up, he was so excited. He did not realize that there was more than the tower. When we passed through those gates, he gasped again and said "Wow Mommy, look at all the tuff". he wanted to go everywhere, and then he saw Blue, from Blue's Clue's, that did it, he was in heaven. He gave Blue a hug and talked to Blue, until I told him we had to wait by the pond to get in. He looked at everything, I kept having to tell him to quit looking around and walk faster. When the park finally opened we took him to the kids section, and he just could not decide what to go on first, he wanted to ride everything. I had to explain that he was too small for some of the rides, which he was ok with. He had so much fun, and then when he found out there was a water park, he was so excited to got down the slides and play in the water. He smiled all day, from begining to end, ear to ear. He told everyone in the hotel that he saw where he had been all day, he told me how much fun he had. To this day I have pictures from that vacation as a screen saver on my computer and he always asks when we are going back or to another fun place. He tells me where all the pictures were taken and how much fun he had. That is my favorite vacation so far, there are too many moments to take just one, however the fun ended way too soon.
