"Just Living For The Moment"

Finally having fun!

Just this past summer my family and I went on our first vacation. We have a 6 year old, a two year old and a autistic 4 year old. My 6 year old TJ was so excited to be going some where other then our local park, but our 4 year old Nate was reserved and didnt like leaving home and his favorite littlle corner which he likes spending time in. When we got to the amusement park he would not enjoy any rides. Most of the time he sat in his stroller gazing at the ground. I wanted to cry by the end of the day because he missed out on so much fun. The next day we went to Santas Villige where Nate was a little more social and was taking in some of the scenery. We went to a 3D movie and he loved it. Later that day he was able to feed Santas reindeer and with his brothers persusion he even went on some of the park rides . Seeing both of our boys enjoyig their vacation together was our best vacation moment. Now my husband and I have been thinking about the ultimate family vacation to Disney . We figure if we save now we can probally go in August of 2011. When Nate heard all about this he excitedly said "Disney yeah".
