Favorite Vacation Moment

All 9 kids together with mom and dad at the wedding.

June 2005, All of the Spears Family brothers and sisters were together for a siblings wedding. My mother had 9 children so it's not often when we can all get together. 8 of us are married, and all have either 1 to 7 children ourselves. My mother is going on her 29th grandchild already, with atleast 10-15 to go. Out of 9 kids, only 5 of us still live in town. As siblings we decided to go to the local recreation center and play wiffle ball together. We had a blast with just the siblings and spouses, getting to know eachother better as adults. My favorite moment during this time is when I went up to my youngest brother from behind and put my arms around his waist and laid my head on his back, and just cuddled. He put his hands on my hands and we stood there for a minute. His wife walked in front of him and watched him for a minute till he realized it wasn't his wife behind him. He turned around and gave me a big hug and his wife and I had a laugh about it. We all went back to moms house afterward and were able to spend more time with everyone including the almost 20 grandkids at the time running around. I was one of the best family times I've ever had.
