International Wolf Center
One of the few pristine areas left in Minnesota...no motors allowed. We weren't fortunate enough to see a wolf while we were canoeing, we made a point of visiting the International Wolf Center. There was no light pollution to disturb our view of the shooting stars. The Northern Lights danced above our heads while we toasted marshmellows. Every morning we would awake to see small footprints of the creatures that had been busy while we slept.
