Favorite Vacation Moment

My son, my girlfriend and I went on vaction with a bunch of friends all of their kids to Brainard Minnesota. The resort was family resort with cabins, a hotel, a few different beaches, and a swimming pool.

My son and all of the other kids LOVE to swim. His cousins on the other hand are not the biggest daredevil swimmers, but of course my son is the dumb one. So, they dare him to go underwater and open his eyes, jump in the big pool(of course with a lifejacket), then they dared him to do it without a life jacket. My son is only 3 years old at the time and not the greatest swimmer, but perfect with a lifejacket.

So, he takes his life jacket off and jumps in, of course I am right there, but I had no idea the water was 3 feet deep and at the time he was not that tall, so he went straight to the bottom. I dove in after him and came up scared out of my mind, while he is laughing have no idea that he could have died.

It was scary at first, but now it is kind of cute since he still does anything and everything crazy. However, his cousins have learned not to dare him to do stunts that could end his life.
