The Beach

our first vacation together and the boys first time ever at a beach

I would have to say that my favorite vacation moment was taking all eight of our children to the Warren Dunes. I have four children and four step-children and my four step-children had never been to a beach before. so to see the joy in their faces when they seen the water at lake michigan was a beautiful moment for me. we had so much fun digging in the sand and burying each other to our necks. Although they were terrified at first to even try to swim because they had never gone swimming before, at the end of the day they were so excited and couldn't wait to go back!

Because we have so many kids we are not able to afford a trip to anyplace as exciting as Disney World, so I am taking a long shot at trying to win a trip instead!
