And someone said she wouldn't remember it ..

Lexi meets Pluto
My husband and I have been going to Disney since we started dating, and naturally when we had our first child, we brought her there at the age of 2. Someone had said that it'd be a waste of money since she was so young, and wouldn't remember anything. Well, I have to say that the first time that she had seen Cinderella's castle at the beginning of Main St., her eyes lit up, was absolutely ecstatic, and fell in love with it. That was priceless. So, now she's four, and she loves the Disney princesses, and everything princess. She even has a Disney Castle mural above her bed, that reminds her of the real thing. I can't say that a week doesn't go by where she doesn't mention seeing all her Princess friends at Disney again. She even tells her little sister who is 18 months old all about them, and ofcourse Mickey. My littlest one gets so excited when my husband clicks on the "travel" button on the web site, and comes running in from the other room just to see the Mickey balloon floating above the Magic Kingdom. So, when someone says that it's not worth doing something because your child won't remember it, do it anyways because it will impact them in some way. Also, not to mention seeing my child light up and become speechless (which is out of the ordinary for her) is something that we will always remember, and cherish the memory.
