Strawberries Galore

My wife, my two daughters and myself had the privelage of attending the Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida this year. We had a lot of other familiy members that joined us, such as my parents, my mother in-law, my sister and her daughter, my sister-in-law and her husband and their two children. This was the most rewarding vacation that we have ever been on. My oldest daughter was amazed at all of the ways that strawberries could be prepared. We had strawberry shakes, strawberry cookies, strawberry cake, strawberry shortcake, strawberry soda, strawberry pie, and many more delicious treats. I felt like a kid in a candy store because a sweet treat is always welcomed. My youngest daughter had so much strawberry shortcake and began to get upset when she could not have more. Even though we did not go across the country, we enjoyed ourselves just because everyone was together.
