Florida vacation after kids had tubes put in ears

Both our kids had to have tubes put in their ears at the same time. The one thing that we did not count on was that the surgery was going to be scheduled the day before we left for vacation. Well of course we canceled our hotel because we just knew that the girls would not feel like going that far just after their procedure. Little did we know that this was a minor procedure and that they was going to feel find. Well we drove on to Florida and had to pay 3 times as much for the room that we had booked just so the kids could get their vacation as we had planned.Of course the money didnt matter because the girls had a great time and everything turned out great on their procedure, so we spent a wonderful time in the sun and watched them enjoy theirselves.
