My family and I have been going to Disneyland for the last 5 years, needless to say, WE LOVE DISNEYLAND! We were able to go because unfortunately my sister was diagnosed with cancer and won a settlement for malpractice. So she made memories with us in Disneyland. She eventually did pass away, but we are left with these amazing things. Such as meeting all the characters and having breakfast, lunch and dinner with them as well. We did the usual, see the parades, the amazing fireworks and of course Fantasmic! The last year we were able to go with my sister was in May of 2008 for her 29th birthday. That was so magical because we were able to ride in the Parade of Dreams. It was something she wanted to do so bad I never thought that we would be able to do that. Disney made all of her and our families dreams come true that day! We then went back to Disneyland in November of 2009. It was a remeberance trip. It was the best trip for my 4 year old son. He dressed up like Peter Pan, who is his favorite, and all day every one was saying, "Hi Peter where have you been?" He thought it was the coolest thing ever! He hung out with Peter and with Tinkerbell. All he talks about now is Disneyland and hopefully one day soon we can go back. Yes, its a great vocation spot, its fun and exciting, but to me and my family its more than that, its sacred. Disneyland is where my heart is!
