Disneyland®

In 2006 our family took it's first trip to Disneyland. Our first day we went to California Adventure. When we got to Paradise Pier we decided to ride the sun wheel. I'm afraid of heights so I elected to ride the stationary cars. The two older kids decided to ride with me. My older and younger sisters took the baby on the other car. We rode the ride and got off and could see my sisters loading on their cart. The kids and I moved back a little to really see the ride. As they started moving they would come to a stop to load another cart. I looked at the kids and there were some other people standing near us. I said, "Are you ready for this?" Everyone including the kids looked at me like I was crazy. Just then my sisters' cart started to swing and the blood curdling scream from my older sister literally stopped traffic in the area. The rest of the ride people were watching as we laughed because every time they would swing the scream would come. Complete strangers were cracking up. When they exited the ride they noticed people were watching them and smiling and we told them why. It's a story the kids still tell today and one of the reasons they love Disneyland so much.
