Diamond in the Rough

"Hey Glenn, is that the next Hope diamond?

My family from Ohio decided to take a trip to go diamond hunting at Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, Arkansas last labor day. Since we are only about 5 hours drive from there, my mom, sister, brother, and all of our family members decided to surprise my aunt and uncle from Ohio and meet them there. Before we got there, we read online what to bring and had all of these fantasies about how big of a diamond we would find and how much fun it would be digging in the dirt for the next "Hope" diamond. Well, let me tell you that those diamonds didn't just pop out at you. It was the hardest working vacation that I have ever been on, but fun with a lot of memories. We were fithly dirty for 3 days straight and we didn't find any diamonds, but we were all together and that is what vacations are all about!
