A Priceless Moment in Alaska

We Did It!

Our family of six went on a cruise to Alaska. We decided to go kayaking, but since my granddaughter was too young to participate, my son stayed behind while the four of us set out for our kayaking adventure in Ketchikan. My husband and I had kayaked before, but this was the first time for our daughter and daughter-in-law. Needless to say, they were very nervous before setting out, but once they got out on the water they caught on quickly and had the time of their life. This picture captures the proud moment we experienced together after completing the five mile kayak trip without any mishaps (as you can see in the picture, we're all dry!).
