Alaskan Cruise

My family and I took a cruise to Alaska. It was simply amazing. I was in awe of the nature that I got to see even from the deck of the ship (seals laying on the tops of icebergs floating out in the water, bears on the shores, bald eagles soaring in the sky, I even saw orca whales on a whale watching excursion that I took though the cruise line). It was so spectacular. I recommend it to anyone. What is unique about cruising Alaska is that you get to experience what the life is like along the waterways of the inside or outside passage. You would miss all of this if you just flew to Alaska and visited one of the cities or parks. I recommend every person cruise Alaska if they have the chance. I loved it so much that I returned the next year to walk in the Mayor Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage and I've even thought about going to live in Juneau.
