Our Family Photo- Last Day At the Beach- Look Anna's NOT Crying!

Our last family vacation was was 4 years ago when our youngest daughter was 1 years old. I am a teacher and my husband is a welder, we are not what you would consider "well-off" so vacations are not a once a year thing for us.

Four years ago we took an ALL FAMILY trip to the Gulf Shores with my entire extended family. It was a most memorable trip. My youngest daughter was just one at the time and does not remember the trip, but i remember her first reaction to sand! OH how she hated it! She could not stand the way it felt on her hand and feet! She screamed every time I sat her on the beach! We had to drag her playpen down to the beach everyday with a LARGE umbrella to she had a place to play while the other kids played in the ocean!

My other daughter still talks about her ONLY vacation! :-) She loved the sand, but was a bit gun-shy of the ocean!

My husband and I promised the children we would celebrate our ten-year wedding anniversary this year with them at Disney World in Florida. My seven-year old has reminded me for the last year of that! We would like to take them this summer when I am off work.
