Travel expert Claire Newell has appeared on The Today Show, Fox & Friends, Good day New York, ABC Morning News -- Chicago, Martha Stewart Living Radio, and CNN Radio, and is the author of Travel Best Bets - An Insider's Guide to Taking Your Best Trip, Ever.

Claire founded the travel agency, Jubilee Tours & Travel Ltd (also known as Travel Best Bets) in 1993 shortly after graduation from the University of British Columbia.

Claire was appointed as a member of the inaugural Travel Industry Advisory Group (TIAG), established in 2004 by the Board of Directors of the Business Practices & Consumer Protection Authority of BC (BPCPA), to identify consumer and industry related issues and potential solutions for consideration by the Authority. She held the position for 2 years, but stepped down to focus on writing her first book.

Claire is a mother of two and wife to husband, Jeff.
