The only success I have ever had when I wanted to lose weight has been exercise and calorie counting to ensure I don't go over my daily calorie limit. But, lets face it, I usually get annoyed with this after a few weeks, give it away and then slowly put the weight back on. There's got to be a better way. This is why I have been doing some more research into weight loss lately. I have come across a few leads that I believe could help achieve, in the very least, a start to a healthier body. I once heard that we go up to the next clothing size every 10 years. This must be avoidable or there wouldn't be any woman, for example, under a size 16 by the time she turns 40 (and I've seen some pretty trim 40-year-old women walking around!).
