A Delaware school suspended a 6-year-old for bringing his new fork-spoon-knife camping utensil in to eat lunch. Is that being crazy or careful?

crazy. zero tolerance is for actual weapons with intent to harm. an accident is an accident (bringing his greatest possession to school). it was a Boy Scout Swiss Army type...
