That's interesting, doing something from the kids' point of view. I don't think I could handle a whole day of Guitar Hero II, though.

Great article, though I think walking to the store in the rain is asking more for a sick kid than a fit one. The activity levels of today's kids is pathetic, but there's also the diet-side.

Just like any aspect of parenting, how strict you are has to be a dynamic thing. You can't parent every kid the same in every situation.
