Hello!! Yes I am swamped trying to plan this party -- Next year we are going to Kids gone wild (a big warehouse with bounces houses in it!) I also hurt myself, being typical me so I am moving slower then I usually do! This site has a lot of ads that need to be uploaded so it take a long time to go from page to page.... my frustration level can only handle so many pages ;)!!!! Can want to see you this weekend, Nataly already made Shayla a spot under the bed to sleep!! TTYS ---- Bee
Just dropping in to say "hi"! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Becky
Hi! I hope you're planning a fun holiday weekend! I really enjoy this website. We live in Southern California; the desert no less, so we're planning to stay INSIDE where it's relatively cooler. But mornings and evenings are a great time to open the door, let the cats explore the steps, and sip my coffee while watching daughter practice her cheers. So, whatever YOU do this weekend, I hope it's blessed! Have a great time, Yayu.
We're off on a spontaneous road trip to Disneyland so I won't be posting for a few days. But I'll check out the sour balls and Carnation ice cream for yayubetcha6894 and the soup bowls and Churros for FamilyHost_Kristina! TTFN
Anyone have ideas on how to rncourage a 6 year old to get ready for bed? We have a routine of doing jobs (PJ's on, go potty, brush teeth), snuggle time with 2 stories, then singing lullaby for 6 minutes with lights off. However we don't often get to the fun part because my daughter refuses to do her bedtime jobs. We've turned the TV off 30 minutes before bed, tried doing the jobs with her, and moved her bedtime. We've also made charts, offered incentives, and taken away privledges but nothing motivates her. Often she tells us she is too tired to do her jobs (hence the bedtime change) and that she just wants to go to sleep. However she says she can't sleep with out snuggle time and lullabies. If we let her just go to bed then she wakes me up in the middle of the night to go potty and I worry about her teeth when she hasn't brushed them. Any thoughts??? Am I worrying about it too much??? I just hate fighting every night over this issue. Help!
