I weigh in on Fridays. The new treadmill sits unused by me. Always an excuse! But I am somehow down .5 pounds. It's not earth shattering, but I have lost nearly 20 pounds total since September.
I used to be the same way about my treadmill! Then my daughter suggested to put my walking shoes and socks right beside the bed, so that this will be the first thing I see...or step on, lol! It did work though! Either way, you still lost weight...Way to go!!! :)
