I am just starting out on my 'lifestyle change', aka weight loss journey! I have a tough time having enough willpower to keep my portions at the correct size. I eat way too many carbs and find myself snacking when I am not hungry. I wish to lose 78 pounds and I know that I will get frustratedd when it comes off slower than what I want it to, I know that it is healthier and more likely to stay off if I do it slower, but I want it done now! I am really looking forward to hearing others success stories, and I hope that will keep my spirits up and me motivated!
