- In my younger less stressful days I was AWESOME, making fudge, cookies, hot chocolate jars, Jars with ingredients for any sort of baked good. I always had something on hand for occasions.

- Everyone loves flowers but obviously these are MORE from the heart than calling FTD. I think that if we were more creative more often the kids would be less likely to say "I'm bored mom, what can I do."

- My kids would argue as to whether the sky was blue or not, but are the first ones to stick up for each other. This is a nice way to help them appreciate each other and not to quibble so much about non-important stuff.

- It is so much better when kids get to create something themselves. The pride and ownership is definitely not able to be achieved with store-bought merchandise.

- I don't know what we did without DVR. Now we don't have to plan around the TV. My kids can go wherever and whenever and don't have to worry about missing their favorite show.

- This works well for kids and grown-ups. I thought it might be an idea for my parents since my kids and husband had enjoyed it. My parents are Snow Birds and drive from FL to NY and back every year.

- My son no longer asks how much longer, as he requests the Navigation system to be on so he can know for himself. This gives him a sense of constant knowledge and me a lot less headaches.
