Wasn't able to make the cookies. Ran out of time. I am going to practice them over the summer. Slaughter family did well. They made her a beautiful room for her daycare. She burst into tears before she saw anything else. They think of everything dont they? First time in forever I've gotten up and the temp hasnt been freezing...its 35 already...wish it were 65! I'm such a baby about the cold. I dont like it anymore, not when its this cold. Have a great Monday me

LOL, hubby does ground maintenance for a "well to do" townhouse complex. He is definitely developing abs of steel (as well as other body parts). He was only supposed to be summer help, but as you can tell, they kept him longer! He goes to college full time nights too. It can be really hectic here at times. Oh well, on towards a better life! Happy 2009! Sounds like your party was a huge success and lots of fun. My hubby worked 10 1/2 hours shoveling snow at work yesterday and left to shovel again today. Poor thing, he'll be so tired again today! Double time pay makes it a little easier, but not by much. LOL, he comes home looking like Frosty. Write when you can. Good Morning Becky! I'm so sorry to hear about your wallet. That must have been so frustrating. Glad you're getting things back in order. Sounds like you all had a wonderful Christmas. We had a great time also, the twins were so surprised to see gifts under the tree in the morning! Sydney woke up first and looked down the stairs and started screaming "Santa brought us presents!" She then woke up Carter and had to get help waking up her big sister. They had a ball opening all the gifts and seeing all of the goodies Santa brought. Sydney told me "Mommy it's everything I ever wanted, Santa remembered!" They all had a very Merry Christmas. Have a great weekend! Katrina
