Just bought a rechargable vacume for my downstairs ... A little lightweight thing. I really like it ... in the store I made them charge it up so I could hear what sound it makes. I got one of those dustbusters and never use it because the pitch of the motor is too high. It stresses me out. This new one, a red eureka thing, has a nice low hum. Very relaxing. Have used it a couple of times. Just as convenient to pick up as a broom, but I don't have to figure out what I did with the dustpan. Got it at Bed Bath and Beyond - used a coupon - cost 80 bucks. I'm feeling pleased.
