Now, here's my morning routine. It worked for me once before. Last year, I said to myself, what can I do that I will do everyday. So I came up with this: Weights on one muscle group ... so one day ti would be bicept curls, the next day it would be crunches for quads, etc. And one sun saluation. And I started that and I found that I had to force myself to not do more than that ... because of the old saying, always leave em wanting more, I thought, if I end my routine thinking that I WANT to do more, then, I'm much more likely to do it the next day. And so, glory be, last year I did my morning routine almost everyday, lost a dress size, kept it off. So, now, I want to do my morning routine and add a little meditation to it, becuase I think, if I can work on being calm, I'll do less emotional eating and be an all around nicer person.
