So- I think I'm going to lose weight from stress. They say you burn calories just by giggling your legs.
I finally broke down and bough lean cuisines for my lunches. I can keep them at work ... and it's so much better to eat lunch than skip lunch. I heard that skipping meals makes you fat because your body doesn't know whether it's starving or not.
Well, now I have a bunch of lunches (and only $2.50 each!) that I can make sure I get something in the middle of the day.
