Oh, it's a challenge to stay motivated. I was just going to write about how I did my sun saluation, when I realized I hadn't. I skipped it. I think that there is some relationship between doing the things that are good for you and hope. When you feel like you are on the verge ofsomething good, you feel raring to go to do that extra set of reps or take little bit of meditaiton time. BUt when it feels like the rut is sucking you back in, you just want to not do that one thing that you promised yourself you'd do.
Well, I did some kundalini breath of fire in the car. I was trying to chase away the stuck in a rut thoughts.
It work. I picked up the phone and call my cousin who I love.
