Sipping my coffee. Once a week I have a single cup (ok, so the cup is a little larger than most), so I make sure that it's good coffee. For the last year or so I've been drinking a blend from Peet's called "Arabian Mocha-Java," with a bit of cream, and a scoop of raw sugar. Amazing stuff. Made with an Aeropress instead of drip or french press, the coffee is extremely rich and flavorful. Has this great chocolate aftertaste and is perfect for dunking biscotti in. I highly recommend it for people who want a good, strong, rich brew. I've even converted a few people who drink their coffee black, to enjoy it with a bit of cream and raw sugar - it makes it an entirely different experience. And the Aeropress is the perfect coffee maker for those of you who just want one cup. Easy to use, easy clean-up, perfect. Get an electric kettle, and your morning coffee ritual takes minutes.
