I am going swimming today with my family. It's to hot outside in Louisiana, so we are going to enjoy our day at the pool.

I am going for a evening walk when the temperature outside drops down ito the 70's tonight. I'll be doing indoor exericise on my Wii system!

Today I went walking in the early morning, before it got hot outside. I walked at least 1 mile in 1/2. I feel very active today=)
