To change your family portrait you need to open your profile and click on edit family portrait found right under your portrait... then select what you would like to edit.. a family member, the background, or the frame... if you edit family member click on it and select the member you wish to edit... you will see all your choices on the right just click and choose.... just remember to save it once you are done... then save again as a family portrait.... if you have more questions, just let me know :-)
