- My family always loves my sugar cookies. I've made them in the past with applesauce instead of oil and butter, so they'll be healthier. They actually come out pretty well that way, nice and chewy, but not fluffy at all.

- The "ahi" recipe is misleading. The ingredients call for canned albacore, which is certainly not ahi. Ahi is usually only served slightly seared, and not cooked all the way through.
