Hi - I just got your reply to my question of the day ... was glad to hear from you. I do freelance web stuff and find myself managing teams and trying to manage my temper a lot. Seems like being a bakery chef would be very demanding, very physical labor. Do you lose your sweet too by being around sugar all day?
