Hi, I am sorry the first set of instructions did not remove the extra people from your Family Portrait. If you have not already contacted Customer Service, here is another way to try removing them. Cheryl Adding or removing members from your Family Portrait: Once you're signed in, click the "Edit Family Portrait" button at the bottom of your Family Portrait. When the next page loads, click on "Edit Family Members," and then click on "Add another family member" at the bottom of the family member list. On the next page, find the member to be removed and click the "Remove" link to the right of the member. Then click Save. To add a member, click "Add another family member" at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Click Save and Save Family Portrait.
