Hi AnnabelleMcB. Thank you for writing to me. I did talk to my husband. I am a straightforward person and maybe my words might come out a bit to strong, but that's the only way I know how to talk. I told my husband the same thing I always tell him. That he acts like he's old. I also told him that I'm still young, my son and I were not goin to wait and sit around for him to get up and have fun with us. So I started to go out and have lots of fun with my son and I have been telling him everything that we do on our outings. he wants to join our next outing. : )
Hi Monica! I saw your note in the Relationships group and wanted to check in with you. How are things going? I know it can be really hard to keep you marriage from going into a rut. Have you talked to your husband about what you're feeling? What did he say?
Hello Monicagz and thank you for joining Let's Lose Together! The keys to success are a healthy food plan and exercise, no matter how many pounds you want to lose. I always suggest that people check with their doctors before they embark on any new weight loss or exercise regime. I use a 1500 calorie diabetic diet because I have to cook the 1880 diabetic diet for hubby anyhow. My exercise routine is very simple. I walk either outside or on the tread mill and try to do two miles a day. I started out doing just 1/4 of a mile and worked my way up to two miles. I set my goals low because being successful is what keeps me going. Read through the topics and join us in the two challenges. We'd love to have you there! Also, if you need a pep talk, go into the Pep Talk topic and sound off! ;-) No matter how much you want to lose, you can do it one day at a time. :) ~Belle~
