- We do this all the time, and it really does make ordinary frozen pizza special. Also, a lot of stores will have sales on "bare bones" pizzas, so it can really be a deal.

- I make a similar pseudo-lasagna, and it is a regular household favorite. My kids like it almost as much as my regular lasagna (which is so time-consuming we only have it 3-4 times a year). I'll have to try this version.

- I recently read an article on a major new website that classified Aldi as a specialty store along with Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and several others! It's no longer considered the "discount" store as it was in years past.
