Hi Mazzy .... aTri-Tip sandwich starts with a certain cut of beef that has been rubbed down with spices and slow cooked and then when it is just about done it is BBQed to seal in the flavor. They then cut the meat into strips put it onto bread and Drizzle a secret BBQ sauce on top of it....... SO YUMMY!!!!
