Happy Mother's Day!

"Nobody said it would be easy" my be her quote, but she is able to manage a law practice, juggle three kids under five and a grand-puppy, be wife, friend and confidant, manage a household, teach, speak at conventions and events, serve her community, have a social life, keep in touch with friends from her past (NC School of Science and Math, Meredith College in Raleigh, NC), chat with two brothers, keep tabs on her parents and in-laws, and who knows what else. This blog stimulates a talent that she has had since very early childhood. As a southern the ability to tell an interesting story comes natural, with clarity and wit, ever how slight. LawMum has been special to me for almost 35 years (no telling the age Dad!) as she is my only daughter. She has made me proud.
