Whew! It's been quite a while since I've had the time to update here. I mainly update my daughter's caringbridge site. www.caringbridge.org/visit/madisonboudreaux Where to start...well, we are still battling this devil called cancer. Glad to report that we are winning. (Of course, nothing would be possible without the grace of God!) Madison had 6 treatments then "limb-salvage" surgery on June 17. Her humerous bone was removed and replaced with an adjustable implant. She is recovering extremely well from surgery. She was just given the o.k. to resume chemo. We had to be at the hospital for 8:15 Friday morning. Her chemo will run through about 2:00 Monday morning, so by the time we wake up, we should be able to go home. She has 11 more treatments after this one, and if God says the same, we should be done before Christmas. What a great gift that will be!
