My fav childhood book was and is "Free to be you and me" by Marlo Thomas and friends. It let's kids feel and know it is okay to be different. Also it is really funny. My son and I read it all the time. It's full of mini stories and songs. We I was young I had the LP that went along with it. I would love to find the CD version for my son. His favorite story in the book is "Ladys First". It is cute way to teach kids to share, be polite and to think of others. Still lovin it!

I love that one too! I got the movie on VHS and the CD from Amazon. I boys love "ladies first" too!
