My husband was explaining odd and even numbers to my daughter at great length. I had to intervene and told my daughter enough already, come over here my odd one. Very seriously, she looked at me with a perfectly straight face and said my name is even. I thought she lost her little mind there for a second. I told her Even is not your name, your name is Sophie. NO, mom, as she starts to count and spell out her name, s-o-p-h-i-e, see thats even. Six numbers, that's an even number. At least it's good to know she listens to her father!
