I just started. I have been exercising regularly for 2 month's but have not changed my eating habits. I have noticed body changes (loss of inches) but no weight loss. Now that I am watching what I eat, I am hopeful that the pounds will start coming off.
you will start seeing alot weight loss when u eat less of what u used to eat!
